Alright, so I need to settle my bill with Dr. Jones. I went to their website and it's asking for a account ID number. Problem is, I have absolutely no idea where that can be found. I've scoured my emails, insurance paperwork, but nothing! Could someone please tell me? Is there a contact email I can reach out to? Perhaps in my insurance paperwork?
